Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Recipes Master Store.
We deliver products from Pakistan and China warehouses.
Our goal is to provide secure and reliable service; however, certain conditions apply regarding refunds and returns.
2. Refund / Return Eligibility (Local Pakistan Products Only)
Refund or replacement is available only for products delivered from Pakistan, and only if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- The product is incorrect
- The product is missing parts
- The product is not delivered within the maximum delivery time
- Pakistan orders: 15–25 days
To file a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Imported Products (China Warehouse) – STRICT POLICY
⚠ Imported Products Are NOT Eligible for Refund or Return
For products shipped from China:
- No Refund
- No Return
- No Exchange
This applies to delays, size issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction.
Imported products are only refundable if the parcel never arrives within the maximum delivery time (20–45 days).
4. NOT Eligible for Refund (All Orders)
We do not offer refunds or returns if:
- Customer changes mind after receiving the product
- Customer selected the wrong size/color/model
- Product has minor color/design variation due to screen differences
- Packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Customer provided wrong address or refused to receive the order
- Customer files a complaint after 48 hours
5. Evidence Required for Claims
To approve any refund or replacement (for eligible local products only), customer must provide:
- Clear photos of the full product
- Close-up photos/videos of damage or defect
- Photo of parcel with shipping label
- Video proof if the item is not functioning
Claims without evidence cannot be processed.
6. Refund Method
If the claim is approved (local products only):
Refunds may be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / Easypaisa
- Store Credit (optional)
Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after approval.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped or processed, cancellation is not possible.
8. Shipping & Return Costs
If a refund or return is approved for local Pakistan products, shipping or return costs are reviewed case by case based on the evidence and situation.
