1. Shipping Terms
Recipes Master ships products both from our local warehouse in Pakistan and from our trusted international partners in China. All shipping is handled by reliable logistics companies such as TCS, Leopards, Pakistan Post, and international couriers.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier performance, customs clearance, or local conditions.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- From Pakistan Warehouse: 2 – 7 business days (depending on location)
- From China Warehouse: 15 – 30 business days (depending on customs and courier availability)
Orders shipped from China may take longer due to international customs clearance, transportation time, or public holidays. Tracking updates may also be delayed during transit, which is considered normal for cross-border deliveries.
3. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Terms
All international shipments are processed under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local handling charges required in their country or region.
The local post office or courier may charge a small customs handling fee, which must be paid by the buyer. Recipes Master will not cover or reimburse these additional costs.
4. Order Processing and Handling
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During busy seasons or special sales, processing time may take slightly longer.
5. Dispute & Delay Policy
- For locally shipped orders, delivery delays beyond 15 business days may be reviewed for dispute.
- For China-shipped orders, disputes will only be reviewed after 30 days from shipment date.
- Recipes Master will not accept disputes for delays caused by customs inspections, limited international transportation, or courier restrictions.
- Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, it is considered completed.
- If a customer refuses to receive a parcel or fails to pay customs duties, a refund will not be issued.
6. Limited Delivery Areas
Some remote or restricted regions in Pakistan may have limited courier coverage. If your location falls under such an area, our support team will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery method or cancellation options.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our support team will verify and assist in resolving the issue promptly.
