4. Order Acceptance

  • Your order is considered accepted only when we confirm it via email/SMS.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
    • Out of stock
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
    • Wrong or incomplete shipping details

5. Delivery Policy

  • Pakistan warehouse orders take 15–25 days.
  • China warehouse (import) orders take 20–45 days.
  • Delays due to customs, shipping companies, or unforeseen issues are possible.

6. Imported Products – Strict Policy

Products shipped from China (import products):

  • No Refund
  • No Return
  • No Exchange

unless the parcel never arrives within the maximum timeframe (20–45 days).

7. Refund & Return Policy (Local Pakistan Products Only)

Refunds or replacements for Pakistan-origin products are approved only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is incorrect
  • Missing parts
  • Not delivered within 25 days

The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After 2 hours, or once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are final.
  • Additional charges (shipping, customs, taxes—if any) will be mentioned at checkout.
  • Payments must be made using any available secure payment method on our store.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct shipping details
  • Availability to receive parcel
  • Providing photos/videos for claims
  • Accepting delivery attempts

Wrong address or refusal of delivery makes the order non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by courier/customs
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Loss due to customer’s wrong address
